1. Purpose

PepFold is a computational pharmacogenomics research pipeline operated by Olam Creations. It analyses coding variants in drug-metabolizing genes to predict how a variant shifts the enzyme's activity. The site presents the project, its methodology, and the state of its validation.

These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and using the site.

2. Service Access

The site is informational and is provided free of charge. It is intended for research and academic audiences aged 18 and over. By using PepFold, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

• 1.Use the service exclusively for scientific research, development, or academic exploration purposes.
• 2.Not use the results as medical diagnosis, medical advice, or therapeutic prescription.
• 3.Credit PepFold as the source when reusing material from the site.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, databases, software, interfaces, and content of the PepFold service are the exclusive property of Olam Creations. The user is granted a limited license to use the reports generated for their personal or professional research purposes.

Reports generated by the service may be freely used by the user in their research work, provided that PepFold is credited as the source.

5. Limitation of Liability

Olam Creations takes all reasonable measures to ensure the quality and reliability of results. However:

• 2.Olam Creations does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of results for any particular purpose.
• 3.Olam Creations disclaims all liability for the use of results for medical or therapeutic purposes.
• 4.The site is provided free of charge, and Olam Creations disclaims liability for any loss arising from its use.

6. Amendments

Olam Creations reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts of Toulouse, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
